Tickets are e-tickets and need no address. Only merchandise is shipped.
Shop questions
Can I buy merchandise and tickets in one order?
Yes. One basket, one payment, one reference. Tickets are delivered by e-mail as e-tickets; merchandise is shipped to the address you give at checkout. Shipping is charged once, on the merchandise only.
When is it dispatched?
Within two or three working days of payment, depending on the item; the delay is written on each product page. Transit then takes one to two working days in Bulgaria, three to six in the European Union, seven to fourteen elsewhere.
How much is shipping?
Free on merchandise from €80. Below that, a flat rate by zone: €4.90 in Bulgaria, €7.90 in the European Union, €14.90 for the rest of the world. The amount is calculated by our server at checkout, never by the page.
Can I return something?
Yes, within fourteen days of receiving it, unworn and in its packaging. Write to us with the reference and we send the return address. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty; the refund goes back to the same card.
Is this official merchandise?
No. These are the ticket office's own objects, designed for the week in Burgas. They carry our typographic mark, not the contest's logo, and we are not the organiser, the host broadcaster or the official shop.
