No. Eurovision 2027 is an independent ticket service. The tickets are bought by us and resold with a delivery date and a refund guarantee. We are not the organiser, the broadcaster or the official box office, and no price on this site is described as an official price.

By email, 10 to 20 days before the show. If you buy a pass or a package, you receive one e-ticket per show, in the same email. The delivery window is written on your confirmation.

Because the official sale has not opened yet: the organiser has only said early 2027, without categories or prices. Our prices are set now, in euros, booking fee included, and they are locked when you order. They may be above or below the face value the organiser publishes later.

You keep the price you paid: it was agreed at order. If the difference matters to you, the refund policy lets you cancel within 14 days of purchase, before the ticket is issued.

If a show is cancelled, the ticket is refunded in full, fees included. If it is moved to another date, the ticket follows the new date; if you cannot travel on the new date, you are refunded in full.

Full refund within 14 days, in cash to the same card — no credit note, no voucher. We also tell you as soon as we know, not the week of the show.

You choose a category and a block. Inside the block, seats are assigned in order of purchase, best available first. If you need a specific row, write to us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can be held.

Yes, until 7 days before the show, at no cost: send us the name and email of the new holder. After that, the name is fixed for the venue's list.

Yes, from 6 years old, with a ticket in their own name. Under 16, an adult must accompany them. The afternoon rehearsals are the calmest option with children.

Wheelchair places and companion seats exist in Categories A and C, at the same price. Step-free access from the south entrance. Write to hello@eurovision2027.example before ordering and we hold the pair.

Burgas (BOJ) is 15 minutes from the arena but has few winter and spring routes; Varna (VAR) is 2 hours by road, and Istanbul is 3 to 4 hours. Packages include the airport transfer from BOJ or VAR.

Bulgaria has been in the Schengen area since 2025. EU and UK passports do not need a visa for a short stay; other nationalities should check with the Bulgarian embassy. We do not provide visa support letters before the ticket is paid.

Eight per order for single tickets, four per order for passes, hospitality and packages. For a group of ten or more, write to us for a quote with seats together.

Card, with 3-D Secure, through our payment partner. The amount is charged in euros. The statement shows the payment partner's descriptor, and the confirmation email says the same thing.
