Shop terms of sale
These terms apply to merchandise sold on the shop pages of this site. Tickets, passes and packages follow the terms of sale; when an order contains both, each line follows its own document.
1. Who sells
The merchandise is designed and sold by the ticket office that publishes this site, an independent ticket service. It is not official merchandise of the Eurovision Song Contest, and the shop is not the contest's official shop. The objects carry the site's own typographic mark; they do not carry the contest's logo.

2. What you buy
Each product page describes the object, its material, its size options and its dispatch delay. Photographs are studio images; colours may differ slightly on your screen. The stock shown is the stock we hold: an item you can add to the basket is an item we can ship.
Garment sizes follow the size guide. Measurements are indicative, within two centimetres.
3. Price and shipping
Prices are in euros, Bulgarian VAT included. Shipping is free on merchandise from €80; below that, a flat rate applies by zone: €4.90 in Bulgaria, €7.90 in the European Union, €14.90 elsewhere, charged once per order. The amount is recalculated on our server from the catalogue and the delivery country before the payment page opens; a basket modified in the browser cannot change what is charged.
Outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes may be collected by the carrier on delivery. They are not included and not refunded.
4. Order and payment
An order is placed when the payment is confirmed by our payment partner. Until then, the order is pending and nothing is charged. You receive the order reference on the confirmation page; keep it, it is the key to your order.
If an item becomes unavailable between order and dispatch, we refund that line in full, shipping adjusted accordingly, within fourteen days.
5. Delivery
Merchandise is dispatched from Burgas within the delay written on the product page, by a tracked service. Transit times are the carrier's indications: one to two working days in Bulgaria, three to six in the European Union, seven to fourteen elsewhere. A delivery address is required for every order that contains merchandise; e-tickets need none.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If the parcel arrives damaged, write to us within fourteen days with a photograph.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
You may withdraw from the purchase of merchandise within fourteen days of receiving it, without giving a reason, by writing to the contact address with the order reference. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their packaging within fourteen days of your notice. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not the one ordered.
The refund, including the initial standard shipping, is made to the same card within fourteen days of receiving the return. Items made to your specification are not concerned; this shop sells none.
7. Warranty
The legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years from delivery. A faulty item is replaced or refunded, postage included, at your choice.
8. Disputes
Write to us first. If no answer satisfies you, you may refer the dispute to the consumer mediator named on the legal notice page, or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. The French version of these terms prevails if the two differ.
