Spedizioni e resi
Come viaggia il merchandising, quanto costa e come restituirlo. I biglietti non c'entrano: sono e-ticket, consegnati via e-mail. Il testo che segue resta in inglese.

Spedizione gratuita da 80 €. I biglietti sono e-ticket e non hanno bisogno di un indirizzo. Si spedisce solo il merchandising.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within two or three working days of payment, from Burgas. The delay is printed on each product page. You receive a message when the parcel leaves, with the carrier's reference.
Pre-orders do not exist on this shop: an item you can add to the basket is an item we hold.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on merchandise from €80. Below that, a flat rate applies by zone: €4.90 in Bulgaria, €7.90 in the European Union, €14.90 for the rest of the world. It is charged once per order, whatever the number of items.
The amount is calculated by our server from the merchandise subtotal and the delivery country. The page shows the same figure, but the server decides.
Transit times
Bulgaria: one to two working days. European Union: three to six working days. Rest of the world: seven to fourteen working days. These are the carrier's indications, not a guarantee; in contest week the Burgas post office is busy.
Taxes and duties
Prices include Bulgarian VAT. Within the European Union there is nothing more to pay. Outside the Union, import duties and local taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery; they are not included in the price and we cannot estimate them for you.
Returns
You have fourteen days from the day the parcel arrives to return an item, unworn, unwashed and in its packaging. Write to us with the order reference; we reply with the return address in Burgas.
Return postage is at your cost, unless the item is faulty or not the one you ordered, in which case we send a prepaid label. The refund goes to the same card within fourteen days of receipt.
Exchanges
We do not exchange: return the item and order the size you need. It is quicker for both of us, and the stock shown is the real stock.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged, send a photograph with the order reference within fourteen days. We replace it or refund it, postage included, at your choice.
