Where to stay in contest week, and why we sell packages
Burgas has around 200,000 inhabitants and a hotel stock built for the summer. In the second week of May 2027, most of it is already taken. What the numbers say, and what we can hold.

When we surveyed availability in September, 98 to 99 percent of the beds listed in Burgas for the nights of 10 to 16 May 2027 were already unavailable, and the remainder moved by the hour. Sunny Beach, forty minutes north, had more room and the same direction of travel. The figures are in our market study, linked from the about page.
That is why three of the things we sell are stay packages rather than tickets: Final Weekend, Full Week and Family Week, each with the ticket, the nights with breakfast and the airport transfer in one booking, per person in a double or family room. We hold the rooms; the package fixes the price.
If you already have a room, nothing obliges you to take one. Tickets, passes and hospitality are sold on their own, and the travel page lists the four ways in: Burgas airport fifteen minutes away, Varna two hours by road, Sofia four, the overnight train from the capital.
The city itself is walkable. The Sea Garden runs five kilometres along the bay between the arena and the beach, the centre is a quarter of an hour on foot from the hall, and a good dinner with wine costs €20 to €30 a head. We wrote four short chapters about it; they are under Burgas in the menu.
